个人简介

余桢华,武汉大学物理科学与技术学院教授,博士生导师,主要研究方向为:“先进钙钛矿光电材料与器件和宽禁带金属氧化物半导体材料”。2022年加入武汉大学物理科学与技术学院开展钙钛矿光电材料与器件(Perovskite Optoelectronic Materials and Devices)的课题研究。已在Science、Nature Energy、Nature Photonics、Nature Communications、Science Advances、Joule、Advanced Materials等期刊上发表SCI论文50余篇。曾参与973计划、美国海军研究项目和美国能源部重大前沿项目等科研项目。已申请2项美国发明专利和1项中国发明专利。担任Nature Communications,Joule,Advanced Materials等SCI期刊的评审专家。担任Nanomaterials等SCI期刊的客座编辑。


研究方向简介:

1. 钙钛矿光电材料与器件:立足于材料缺陷、界面工程、功能材料设计等研究,推动钙钛矿的稳定化、组件化发展;

2. 叠层太阳能电池:极致简化结构的全钙钛矿电池研究,发展全溶液法、低成本的全钙钛矿叠层组件技术;

3. 低维碳材料在光电器件中的应用:依托低维碳材料发展低成本溶液法制备的透明、柔性、耐腐蚀的电极材料;

4. 双极性金属氧化物半导体的新性能研究与应用:金属氧化物半导体的深能级掺杂、中间带、双极性载流子传输特性。
