于艺羚,武汉大学物理科学与技术学院,特聘研究员,博士生导师。

主要研究低维半导体中的光学物理以及利用外场和材料合成对低维半导体物性进行调控。截至目前,以第一作者身份在Science Advances, Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials, Physics Review B, Optics express 等期刊上发表了论文14篇。

研究方向

(1)二维材料光学物理 (2)二维材料物性调控 (3)二维材料可控生长与光电器件

注重理解低维材料中的强多体效应对光学性质的影响及其导致的宏观量子现象;利用异质结、电场、磁场、电学掺杂、应力、激子相变、材料可控合成等方式来调控二维半导体的物性,进一步理解基本的电子,声子,激子等相互间的多体作用,用以设计优化其光学,电学性能;并探索二维半导体物性调控展现出来的光学电学特异性和新的多体作用机理以应用到下一代新型二维光子集成器件当中。
