个人简历:
1969年10月出生。
1987.9—1996.6 武汉大学物理系学习。毕业时获理学博士学位。
1996.7—1998.7 中国科学院上海原子核研究所博士后。出站时获副研究员任职资格。
1998.7—1999.12武汉大学物理与电信学院工作,任职副教授。
2000.1—2001.1法国国家科学研究中心(CNRS)马赛晶体生长机制研究中心(CRMC2)访问学者。
2001.1至今 武汉大学物理科学与技术学院工作,先后任职副教授、博士生导师、教授。
2011.8—2012.7 在西藏大学援藏工作一年,挂职理学院副院长,分管学科建设、科研、研究生和受援、党务宣传等方面的工作。

教学经历:
2001.9-2003.1给数学、生物等系本科生上《大学物理》基础课。
2001.3-6为生物、化学、数学系本科生上《电子线路》实验课。
2003.9-12为物理系本科生上《电子线路》实验课。
2001.9-2011.1,每年下半年为物理系本科生讲授《纳米材料与技术》专业课。
2003.2-2010.6,每年上半年为物理系基地班本科生双语讲授《原子物理与原子核物理》专业基础课。
2007.3-2010.11,先后十次为全校本科生讲授通识教育选修课《纳米科技的基础和应用》。
2011. 8-2012.7,为西藏大学理学院物理系师生讲授《半导体材料》专业课程72学时和《原子物理学》专业基础课程72学时。
2004. 8-2007.1,每年下半年为物理系高校教师研究生班讲授《纳米科学与技术》专业课。
2002.9,开始独立培养硕士研究生。
2011.9,开始独立培养博士研究生。
教学研究情况:
1. 2005年9月获批武汉大学教学改革研究项目“《原子物理与原子核物理》英语教学课件系统的研究、制作与实践”,资助金额1万元。后因该项目被立项为2005年湖北省高等学校省级教学研究项目,又追加研究经费5000元。后顺利通过验收。
2. 2006年11月获批武汉大学通识教育选修课建设项目“纳米科技的基础和应用”,资助金额1万元。后顺利通过验收。
教学获奖:2004年12月以《原子物理与原子核物理》的双语教学获武汉大学青年教师教学竞赛三等奖。
出版教材:与合肥工业大学材料科学与工程学院院长陈翌庆教授共同主编教育部高等学校材料科学与工程教学指导委员会规划教材:《纳米材料学基础》,中南大学出版社,陈翌庆、石瑛主编(2009年1月第一版),ISBN 978-7-81105-705-8
科研情况:
长期从事先进功能材料薄膜制备和离子注入改性方面的科学研究,重点是宽禁带半导体材料与器件。主持的科研项目有:
1. 2002年,中国科学院核分析技术研究重点实验室客座研究课题“GaN基稀磁半导体的离子注入制备和特性研究”,经费2万元。
2. 2002年,国家自然科学基金青年基金“GaN稀磁半导体的离子注入制备和特性研究”,资助金额27万元。
3. 2003年,教育部留学服务中心留学回国人员科研启动基金项目“新型稀磁半导体材料GaMnN的研制和特性”,经费2万元。
4. 2006年,国家自然科学基金面上项目“p型GaN表面透明低阻欧姆接触的离子注入制备和特性研究”,资助金额35万元。
5. 2010年,国家自然科学基金面上项目“透明导电氧化物基稀磁半导体的离子注入制备和特性研究”,资助金额48万元。
同时,作为主要研究成员,还参加了一些重要课题的研究,如:
国家自然科学基金主任基金“离子束溅射动态过程的同轴背散射电子扫描原位研究”。
湖北省重点科技攻关项目“GaN发光芯片的应用研究与开发”。
国家自然科学基金重点项目“加速器-电镜联机及其在材料科学中的应用”。
湖北省重大科技攻关招标项目“大功率蓝光外延芯片研制”。
湖北省重大科技攻关招标项目“超高亮度绿光外延芯片研制”。
湖北省重大科技攻关招标项目“带有静电保护电路的硅片上倒装焊GaN功率芯片的设计、加工和规模化生产”。
先后发表研究论文40余篇(其中SCI收录20余篇),曾获湖北省第七届自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖。

Worked on the preparation of highly oriented (epitaxial) Pt film on SrTiO3 substrate by plane magnetron sputtering, which was part of a “863” high-technique tackle key problem.

Ph.D. degree achieved in June, 1996.
Engaged in the research of fullerene clusters. The main research field includes two parts. Part I is “The structural character of theC60 film prepared by ICBD”; Part II dealt with “The semiconductor electrical characteristics and doping effects of the C60 films”.

Worked as a post-doctoral visiting scholar. Engaged in the GIXRD experimental works and quantitative analyses on the SiGe/Si system. Laterfocused on the computer simulation works of the synchrotron SXRD data obtained in HASYLAB Germany about the Pb/Ag, Ge/Ag (111), Bi/Si, Cu3Au surface alloy samples.
