报告摘要:

We have developed reproduciable processes to fabricate efficient mixed tin-lead iodide low-bandgap (~1.25 eV) and lead mixed iodide and bromide wide-bandgap (~1.75 eV) perovskite solar cells, which enabled the fabrication of efficient all-perovskite tandem solar cells. When mechanically stacked with a semitransparent ~1.575eV bandgap perovskite top cell and a ~1.25 eV bandgap perovskite bottom cell, our best all-perovskite 4-terminaltandem solar cell shows a power conversionefficiencyof 23.0%. For the first time, an all-perovskite tandem solar cell shows a PCE higher than the world-record PCE of single-junction perovskite solar cells. Through careful optimization of novel interconnecting layers, we have realized high-efficiency all-perovskite monolithic tandem solar cells. Our results demonstrate the potential of low-cost all-perovskite tandem solar cells for achieving ultra-high power conversion efficiencies.
