报告摘要:

Due to the inversion symmetry breaking and associated with spin orbit coupling, spintronic phenomena at interfaces often take on a fundamentally different character when compared to spintronic phenomena in bulk. Those phenomena are widely used or highly promising for information technology [1,2]. Here, I will show some of our recent works on spintronic phenomena at interfacesfor example, the magnetic proximity effects induced in graphene [3,4], perpendicular magnetic anisotropy at ferromagnetic metal(FM)/graphene and FM/Oxides interfaces [5,6,2], interfacial Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya Interaction (DMI) at 3d/5d [1,7,8] and graphene /FM interfaces [9].

 

报告人简介:

杨洪新,中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所研究员,博士生导师, 16年获得中组部青年千人计划资助,17年加入中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所,并任中国科学院磁性材料与器件重点实验室副主任。 研究兴趣主要集中在自旋电子学,已在Nature Nanotech.Phys. Rev. Lett.Nano LettersAdvanced Materials等杂志上发表论文35篇,在铁磁金属与氧化物界面自旋电子学,5d3d金属界面的自旋轨道电子学,石墨烯自旋电子学以及掺杂体系的反常霍尔效应等领域都有文章入选ESI高引用论文。
