研究兴趣:   1:芯片设计 ,Risc-V, AI芯片

研究方向简介: 多年从事微流控芯片设计、光机电集成、MEMS芯片研究工作。在芯片设计与控制分析,光机电集成等方面有多年的技术积累。目前主要聚焦于芯片设计领域,围绕模拟与数字混合芯片设计、生医兼容MEMS芯片设计

实验室拥有全套正版EDA设计工具软件,拥大型服务器工作站,可以使用超大计算中心,超大GPU集群。

实验室和国内主流芯片设计与制造企业(瑞芯微,长江存储,京微齐力,忆芯科技等)有着广泛的合作关系。

成果简介:   Advanced Materials   ACS Nano、Nano Letters、Advanced Functional Materials、ANGEWANDTE CHEMIE-INTERNATIONAL EDITION  等著名学术期刊上发表SCI论文50余篇。论文他引5000余次;   Advanced Materials   Advanced Healthcare Materials、Advanced Functional Materials等20余学术期刊承担审稿服务。
