报告摘要

Hybrid perovskites are emerging as a new generation of solution processed semiconducting materials with fantastic optoelectronic properties. Solar cells and light-emitting diodes (LEDs) incorporating these perovskites are rapidly becoming serious contenders to rival the leading technologies. Photovoltaic power conversion efficiencies have jumped from 3% to over 25% in ten years, and the external quantum efficiency of perovskite LEDs has increased dramatically from 0.1% to over 20% in the past seven years.

Formation of perovskite nanocrystals is one of the best way of enhancing radiative recombination rate for perovskite LEDs. In my talk, I will focus on the grain size/crystallinity engineering of perovskite films. I will cover topics including perovskite nanocrystal formation, trap passivation, as well as large-area fabrication of nanocrystal films for perovskite LEDs.

报告人简介:

肖正国,中国科学技术大学特任教授,博士生导师。2015 8月毕业于美国内布拉斯加-林肯大学材料工程专业,获博士学位,师从光电子学领域专家Jinsong Huang教授。20159月到20182月在美国普林斯顿大学电子工程系从事博士后研究。20183月加入中国科学技术大学物理系。长期致力于新型光电子材料及器件的研究,包括基于有机和杂化钙钛矿材料的太阳能电池、光电探测器、LED等。2014年获国家优秀自费留学生奖;分别于2014年,2015年获得内布拉斯加大学材料系和工程学院优秀研究助理奖;2015年获美国材料学会研究生银奖。近年来在Nature MaterialsNature PhotonicsNature CommunicationsAdvanced Materials等期刊发表论文六十多篇,总被引用超过14000次,H-index41
