We investigate the phases of spinor Bose-Einstein condensates (BECs) with spin f = 1 and f = 2 in a spherical surface surfer from non-Abelian spin-orbital-angular-momentum coupling. Differing from that in Euclidean space, spinor BECs with spin-orbital-angular-momentum coupling can induce various vortex states due to the topology of its substrate geometry. We show that meta-ferromagnetic phase can arise with fractional mean spin and orbital-angular-momentum. The distribution of spin and mass current in these phases are also discussed. Finally, an explicit scheme to realize such non-Abelian spin-orbital-angular-momentum coupling and surface trapping potential is provided.
